How is Enscale different from Gorgias + Klaviyo?
Gorgias handles support tickets. Klaviyo handles email blasts. Yotpo collects reviews. You pay for three tools, manage three datasets, and stitch together automations yourself. Enscale is one platform: one customer record shared across inbox, AI agent, campaigns, reviews, and automations — so your support context informs your marketing, and your review data trains your AI. Do I need to know how to code?
No. Every integration is OAuth — under 60 seconds to connect. Automations are built in a visual canvas (if/then/wait blocks). The AI is trained by simply uploading your FAQs, product pages, and brand docs. If you can use Shopify, you can use Enscale.
Can the AI really sound like our brand?
Yes. During onboarding you upload past conversations, a tone guide, and product knowledge. The AI learns vocabulary, sentence length, emoji habits, and escalation rules specific to your store. Most customers can't tell whether a reply came from a human or the AI — that's the standard we hold ourselves to.
What happens when I exceed my AI reply quota?
Overages are $0.02 per AI-generated reply on Growth, billed at month-end. We notify you at 80% and 100% of quota so there are no surprises. Scale plans include unlimited replies with volume pricing negotiated upfront.
How does migration from Gorgias, Klaviyo, or Yotpo work?
Our migration team does the heavy lifting — macros and saved replies, full conversation history, all review data, subscriber lists and segments. Average migration takes 48 hours and is included free on any paid plan. You keep access to your old tool during migration so there's zero downtime.
Is my customer data safe?
Enscale is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. Customer data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We never sell or share your data with third parties. Scale plans include a dedicated data-processing agreement (DPA) and audit log access.
Does Enscale work with Shopify Plus?
Yes — Enscale is Shopify Plus Certified. We support multi-store setups, Shopify Flow triggers, custom checkout integrations, and B2B catalogs. Plus plans get a dedicated onboarding engineer and SLA-backed support.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp Business number?
Yes. If you already have a WhatsApp Business API number with another provider, we migrate it to the Enscale BSP (Meta Business Partner) connection. The migration is seamless — customers see the same number and display name. If you're starting fresh, we provision a new number for you.
What's included in the free plan?
The Free plan includes: 1 inbox channel, AI Agent in draft-only mode (it composes replies for you to approve), 1 webchat widget, 50 reviews collected per month, and community support. It's genuinely useful for new stores — not a crippled demo. Upgrade when you're ready to auto-send or need more volume.
How does the 30-day trial work?
You get full access to the Growth plan — all channels, AI auto-send, unlimited campaigns, 12 widgets, and priority support — for 30 days. No credit card required. At the end you choose a plan or drop back to Free. We don't auto-charge at trial end.
